  Investment design - working project phase, delivery of the necessary materials and equipment, construction and commissioning of the site "Replacement of main gas pipeline in the section LC "Kalugerovo" - LC "Vrachesh""
  The construction consists of the following stages:
  Stage 1 - "Transported gas pipeline from LC "Kalugerovo" to an existing tee";
  Stage 2 "Transported gas line from existing tee to diversion for AGRS "Botevgrad"";
  Stage 3 - "Transported gas pipeline from diversion for AGRS "Botevgrad" to LC "Vrachesh"".
  The stages will be implemented sequentially, and the sequence of implementation will be determined by the Contracting Authority according to the technological possibility of natural gas transmission.
  The subject of the order includes the implementation of the following main activities for each of the stages:
  166, para. 1 of the Law on Territorial Planning (ZUT);
  2. Activities before opening the construction site - development of a Safety and Health Plan (SHP) and a Construction Waste Management Plan (CWMP) and their approval in accordance with the procedure of the ZUT;
  3. Preparation of documentation for the properties affected during construction, and in the case of archaeological sites discovered during the construction process, identification of owners or users/lessees of lands, determining the amount of compensation for destroyed crops or lost profits from lands and/or damage caused during construction, according to market...
