The scope of the public procurement includes logistics and organizational and technical training of events related to the implementation of the activities of the Ministry of Education and Science and projects and programs for which it is the beneficiary and the accompanying activities, including, but not limited to: hotel accommodation; renting halls/premises; technical equipment; providing eating and coffee breaks, online Reflection of events.
The events will be held on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and may be in different format - conferences, trainings, seminars, exchange of good practices, information days, congresses, round tables, workshops, meetings, public events organized on open and closed Spaces, incl. and public places, outdoor scenes, in museums, community centers, seminar halls and more.
