The present public procurement aims to outsource the logistical and technical provision of events/events and covers the following activities:
Activity 1 - logistics and technical security of events/events of the Managing Authority (MA) of the PCIP, Pniidies, respectively of the structure for the monitoring and reporting of the NAPU;
Activity 2 - Logistics and Technical Support in Organization and Conduct of public and information events in PCIP, Pniyics and NPWI;
Activity 3 - Logistics and technical provision of training for beneficiaries under PCIP and Pniidies;
Activity 4 - Logistics and Technical Provision in connection with the meetings of the PCIP and Pniidies Monitoring Committees and the previous GI (if necessary) on -site visits to beneficiaries by representatives of the MA and the European Commission and/or working technical meetings between representatives of the European Commission and/or the Managing Authority and/or Directorate of National Fund of the Ministry of Finance and/or the audit body (EU Audit Executive Agency, Ministry of Finance).
