• Description:
• During the execution of the order, technical maintenance and post-warranty repair of construction equipment (excavators - tracked and wheeled, combined excavators - front loaders) with the brand FIAT-KOBELCO, FIAT-HITACHI, CATERPILLAR, NEW HOLLAND, KOMATSU, HIDROMEK should be carried out and KUBOTA, as well as supply of spare parts and consumables for the same. All listed construction machines are the property of "V and K - Varna" OOD. The activities subject to this order are described in detail in the technical specification, an integral part of this documentation. The same will be carried out on the basis of the "AA and SM" division at "Water Supply and Sewerage - Varna" OOD. The order is mixed within the meaning of Art. 11, including services and supplies, but services are of higher value and characterize the activities - main subject of the order. The public procurement is opened on the basis Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Procedure Act through an open procedure. The supplies and services are intended for the available 46 pieces of construction equipment, detailed in the Technical Specification, an integral part of this documentation. Most of the equipment is based in the city of Varna, Western Industrial Zone, the base of the "AA and SM" division at "Water Supply and Sewerage - Varna" OOD, the rest are located in the territories served by "Water supply and sewerage - Varna" Ltd., on the territory of Varna region.
