"Maintenance and upgrade of the specialized software of The integrated information system of the state administration (IISDA) and providing the right to use and subscription support of legal information systems", as follows: Item No. 1: “Providing Out-of-Warranty Basic Support and upgrading the specialized software of the Integrated Information System of the State Administration (IISDA)" Separate position No. 2: "Ensuring the right to use and subscription service of the legal information system "SIELA" Specific item no 3: "Ensuring the right to use and subscription service of legal information system "APIS" *** The public procurement is conducted on the basis of Art. 18, para. 1, item 1, in connection with Art. 20, para. 1, item 1, b. "b" of the Law for public procurement (ZOP). Bids shall be submitted only under Special Item No. 1. Separate positions No. 2 and No. 3 will be assigned in the order valid for their respective individual value in connection with Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP - through the method of direct assignment, on the basis of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of ZOP.
