Description:
The subject of the order includes maintenance of existing licenses for the use of SAP, delivery and technical support of new SAP licenses, as well as provision and maintenance of an operational and test environment for the application for a period of 24 months.
Detailed information on performance requirements of the services, subject of this public procurement, is indicated in the Technical Specification published in the procurement file.
"MAINTENANCE OF EXISTING AND PURCHASE AND MAINTENANCE OF NEW LICENSES FOR SAP AND PROVIDING AN OPERATING ENVIRONMENT FOR THE NEEDS OF "TOPLOFIKSIA SOFIA" EAD"
The subject of the order includes maintenance of existing SAP usage licenses, delivery and technical support of new SAP licenses, as well as provision and maintenance of an operational and test environment for the application for a period of 24 months.
The contractor must provide support for the described in table 1 of the Technical Specification licenses for the use of SAP, to deliver and provide support for the licenses described in table 2 of the Technical Specification, as well as to provide an operational and test environment for the application for the duration of the contract.
1. License support should be of type SAP Enterprise Support.
2. License support should provide all services included in SAP Enterprise Support on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
