Description: maintenance / prophylaxis and repair, including supply and installation of spare parts, materials and consumables, if necessary, air conditioning, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning and facilities, mounted and built in the administrative buildings of the NRA Varna and Offices for Dobrich, Razgrad, Rousse, Silistra, Targovishte and Shumen at TD of Varna, according to "Technical Specifications".
