Description:
Out-of-warranty support services for software systems implemented and existing in DP BST - for automated implementation of accounting operations Kolibri ERP and for human resources management HeRMeS. By virtue of concluded contracts for delivery, installation, implementation, DP BST has acquired the rightsfor the use of the systems without having received copyrights on them /with the exception of the copyrights on the specific software improvements of the HeRMeS system made for the DP BST/.
The general purpose of this public procurement is to ensure the normal functioning of the software of bothsystems, their updating with all new versions and extensions, including those that cover the changes in the regulatory framework, refinements of the programs at the request of the client, as well as to provide assistance to: 1,200 people, end users working with HeRMeS and 20 souls, extreme needsthose working with Kolibri ERP.
