- The current procedure includes services for out-of-warranty support of implemented and existing software systems in the DP BST - for automated implementation of accounting operations Kolibri ERP and for human resources management HeRMeS. Pursuant to concluded contracts for supply, installation, implementation, DP BST has acquired the rights to use the systems without having received copyrights on them /with the exception of copyrights on the specific software improvements of the HeRMeS system made for DP BST/.
The general purpose of this public procurement is to ensure normal functioning of the software of the two systems, updating them with all new versions and extensions, including those that cover the changes in the regulatory framework, refinements of the programs at the request of the contracting authority, as well as to provide assistance to: 1,000 people, end users working with HeRMeS and 20 people, end users working with Kolibri ERP.
