Description:
The subject of the order is provision of proactive maintenance of a centralized management system the printing environment, which is an implemented hardware-software solution for centralized printing, including print control and reporting software with integrated identification with access cards, multifunctional devices and printers (148 units in total) at different locations on the territory of the country. 1. Activities necessary to fulfill the order 1.1. Provision and delivery of consumables (toner cartridges, Waste box container, drums, etc.) for those available devices of the Employer, to all sites (described below in Appendix No. 1), without paper delivery; 1.2. Provision and delivery of spare parts to the location of the device and their installation; 1.3. Removal of technical defects that have occurred - hardware and/or software problems, defects, disadvantages; 1.4. Periodic service visits and prevention; 1.5. Comprehensive print management software support, securing the necessary licenses - SafeQ 6 Print Management Suite, Emb and SafeQ 6 Print Management Suite, noEmb and print reporting software - license for Document Navigator v5 server application software support, with Abbyy OCR package included (extra functionality) for a minimum of 5000 pages for each 12 months of the contract term, including new versions and system improvements from the software manufacturer for the entire contract period; 1.6.
