- The main renovation of the administrative complex of DATO buildings in the city of Sofia is carried out on the basis of the following documents:
1. Building permit No. 31-7097/19.05.2023, entered into force on 05.06.2023, attached to subsection 1.2. of item 1 "Technical Proposal" at the "Submission of Offers" stage ofthe electronic public procurement in CAIS EOP.
2. Investment project, developed in the working project phase, containing:
2.1. Parts that do not contain classified information:
2.1.1. part "Architectural";
2.1.2. part "Interior and furniture";
2.1.3. part "Constructive";
2.1.4. part "Energy efficiency";
2.1.5. "Safety and Health Plan";
2.1.6. "Construction waste management plan".
2.2. Portions containing classified information of the "Confidential" level:
2.2.1. part "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning";
2.2.2. part "Water supply and sewerage";
2.2.3. part "Electrical";
2.2.4. part"Low current systems";
2.2.5. part "Fire safety".
The investment project is an appendix to the technical specification ex. No. 31-9040/29.06.2023 and the same will be provided to the applicants as follows:
- parts of the investment project that do not contain classified information under item 2.1. areattached to subsection 1.2. of item 1 "Technical Proposal" at the "Submission of Offers" stage of the electronic public procurement in CAIS EOP;
- parts of the investment project containing classified information with the level of "Confidential" under item 2.2. will be provided to the candidates according to item 3 of Sec... - Documents:
