Description:
The subject of the contract is the selection of a contractor for the major repairs and reconstruction of the northern part of the Administrative Block of the Children's Nursery "Spring", V. Turnovo.
The existing building for reconstruction and major overhaul is one -storey.Gabrovska ", centrally located, being the main entrance for the whole building. There is a separate entrance for the staff of the kitchen unit from the western facade of the building.be from a corridor along the wing, which also connects this part to the East Corps of the Nursery.
On the west side of the entrance hall, on elevation +/- 0.00 m, is located the kitchen unit with the corresponding adjacent storage and sanitary facilities, premises for blanks and storage roomswith refrigeration chambers. It is served from a centrally located corridor, and on its southern side, along the wing, is a separate corridor, which makes the main connection with the western housing of the nursery.Brick masonry. Due to the washing and subtleting of the earth base, the foundations of the building have been compromised by the drainage of surface and rainwater.
