• Major renovation, ongoing repair and energy renovation of a building with identifier 68134.108.199.1 and 68134.108.199.2, UPI II, quarter 17, area "Treta Vezzegradska Chast" according to the plan of the city of Sofia The subject of the order refers to construction and installation works, including delivery of the necessary raw materials and materials, mechanization, workforce and all activities necessary for the implementation of the construction, in accordance with the technical specification and the approved technical documentation - investment project. For the building has been issued a Building Permit by the Chief Architect of the Metropolitan Municipality, "Sredets" District No. 18/12.12.2025, and the same should be implemented according to the approved technical investment project. The purpose of the investment project is to contribute to ensuring sustainable energy renovation of a public building for administrative services with address: city of Sofia, "Tsarigradsko Shose" Blvd. No. 49, through the application of integrated energy efficiency measures and to achieve energy consumption class "A" according to The Ordinance under Art. 48 of the Energy Efficiency Act (EEA) for the relevant type of building. As part of the order, energy efficiency measures will be implemented in the administrative building of the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency, located in the city of Sofia, Blvd. "Tsarigradsko Shose" No. 49. The goal is to achieve increased energy efficiency of the building by implementing a complex of measures - thermal insulation of external enclosing elements, replacement of the old windows with new high-performance ones...
