• The subject of the public order includes carrying out a major renovation of a stadium at the Academy of the Ministry of the Interior, including stage 1: "Athletics track", "Football field", "Alley", "Tribunes", "Lighting", "Square plumbing networks" and "Foundations for the placement of movable objects (containers-dressing rooms), located in the city of Sofia, g.k. Mladost IV, "Alexander Malinov" Blvd. No. 1, PI with identifier 68134.4090.1599. The construction is equated to the third category according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 3, letter "c" of the Organization Act on the territory (ZUT) and Art. 6, para. 3, item 4 of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of construction types. Building permit No. 1126/11.02.2026 has been issued for the object.
