Description:
The working project has been agreed and approved and on its basis a Construction Permit has been issued, according to the requirements of section II of the ZUT - art. 142, art. 143, art. 144 and art. 145 of the ZUT. The object is assigned to the third category of constructions, according to Art. 11 of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of the speciesis under construction. The building is located independently in PI 68134.1505.1835 according to the plan of the city of Sofia (old number 1835), quarter 21B, plot I, with administrative address: Sofia, g.k. "Druzhba 2", 36 Obikolna St. The building is free-standing and consists of six connected sections - blocks A, B, C, D, D and E, which arewith different floors. The total gross floor area of the building is 13,352 sq.m. (incl. basement). Regarding the nature and quantity of the construction works, any interested person can familiarize himself with the project and the quantitative values in the administration of the Iskar district.
