- The subject of the order includes:
Implementation of energy-saving measures prescribed in the energy efficiency survey carried out in connection with the project, which lead to compliance of the building with the regulatory requirements for energy efficiency and have a direct ecological effect. The repair works are usaimed at creating convenience, safety and comfort for students, teachers and service staff in the educational institution. The activities include the implementation of construction and assembly works according to an approved project with the following parts: Architecture, HVAC, Energy efficiency, Constructions, Electrical, WV, Fire protectionfitment, Safety and Health Plan, Construction Waste Management Plan and Accounting documentation. The planned activities are mainly aimed at the implementation of energy-saving measures, including:
1. Thermal insulation of walls, by upgrading already existing insulation / due to a high coefficientof heat transfer/ with EPS type topological insulation system, 5 cm thick with thermal conductivity coefficient λ=0.035 W/mK - 3029.85 m2;
2. Thermal insulation of a roof, by laying thermal insulation of mineral wool with a thickness of 100 mm and λ=0.035 W/mK - 2,842.28 m2;
3. Replacement of the fuel base and passedane from heating pellets of electrical energy. It is planned to build decentralized heating, implemented through heat pump installations - 8 pcs.;
4. Installation of individual recuperators for floor installation to ensure the legally required amounts of treated fresh air - 57 pcs.;
