The subject of the contract is: "Performing periodic supplies of food products made by purchase on pre -submitted requests for the needs of chair No. 268 of Student Dormitories and Chairs of TU - Sofia", in lots:
Lot 1 "Delivery of milk and dairy products";
Separate Item 2 "Delivery of meat products, fish and eggs";
Lot # 3 "Delivery of fruits and vegetables";
Lot 4 "Delivery of grocery and cans";
Lot 5 "Delivery of bread";
Lot No. 6: "Delivery of sweets and pasta";
The food supplied Products:
should be accompanied by any delivery with a commercial or other document containing a comprehensive listing of the goods by assortment, their quantity, a batch number for each of them, as well as other data, in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements for the respective type of products;
followed be accompanied by any delivery with a label indicating the content and the amount of ingredients contained therein.
should have a good commercial appearance;
Each product delivered should be within the shelf life at the date of the respective delivery and with a sufficient residual expiry date for Its consumption at least 70 (seventy) percent of the total expiry date announced by the manufacturer, with the exception of the products of the lot 3.
