The subject of the public procurement is the provision of the Service Post -Guide Software Support to 64 (sixty -four) instances/servers database management system (SUBA) IBM Informix, with special service mode, including maintenance, telephone support, restoration On database servers, disk space assistance, troubleshooting related to systems errors, assistance in reinstallation, configuration, consultations, installations and reservation, analysis in specific problems, emergencies and their removal, the migration of the Wednesday from one operating system to another carried out by highly qualified experts.
The instances/servers with the IBM Informix are on different platforms, different versions and are used in the operation of many different automated information systems (AIS), providing information services in the Ministry of Interior and Bulgaria.
