- The object of the order is delivery within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Civil Code.
The subject of this public procurement is the manufacture, delivery and installation of furniture and equipment for the furnishing of 6 groups - 2 nurseries and 4 kindergartens for the needs of a kindergarten - a branch of 24 DG, located in "Nadezhda - 3 partCity of Sofia, "Nadezhda" district.
The furniture and equipment proposed by the participant should cover the minimum technical characteristics specified by the contracting authority in the technical specification for this public procurement.
Note: The Contractor shall notify the Employer in writing within 5 (five) daysand before the specific dates and time on which deliveries and installation will take place.
Working hours at the Employer's site, where the furniture is delivered and installed, are from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, every working day.
