Modernization and implementation of an intelligent solution for the management of the external artificial lighting system (ASL) on the territory of the Vitosha District of the Metropolitan Municipality, through a contract with a guaranteed result... The subject of this public procurement is in compliance with the provisions of Art. 71, Art. 72 and Art. 73 of ZEE. The subject of the contract with a guaranteed result is the implementation of measures to increase the energy efficiency of outdoor artificial lighting systems, such as the investments for the realization of these measures are paid according to the contractual guaranteed level of energy efficiency improvement or another contractual criterion related to energy performance. A contract with a guaranteed result is concluded after an energy efficiency survey has been carried out of the external artificial lighting system - object of the contract. The subject of the public procurement provides for: Design and implementation of energy-saving measures, modernization and repair of street lighting on the territory of the Vitosha District of the Metropolitan Municipality and performing copyright supervision; Implementation of an integrated intelligent system for automation, control, management and monitoring of the consumption of electrical energy from outdoor lighting in the Vitosha District of the Metropolitan Municipality. Monitoring of achievements result and energy management of SVIO. Operation and maintenance of the built system for outdoor artificial lighting, including additional assignment of maintenance, operation and repair activities and other additional activities on the networks and the facilities for external artificial lighting, outside the scope of the investment made by the Contractor for the introduction of energy-saving measures - an option.
