• "Net Active Electricity Supplier Selection, Low and Medium Voltage Balancing Group Coordinator, and Administration of Electricity Transmission and Access Costs for Structures.... "Selecting a net active electricity provider energy, coordinator of a balancing group for low and medium voltage and administration of the costs of transmission and access to electricity for structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, served by the DUSSD, on the territory of "Electricity Distribution Networks Zapad" JSC, "Elektrorazpradelenie Yug" EAD, "Elektrorazpradelenie sever" AD". The subject of this public procurement is the supply of net active electrical energy for structures of Ministries of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, served by the DUSSD, explicitly indicated in Appendix No. 1, to the technical specification, from licensed electricity supplier and standard balancing group coordinator. The order includes the selection of a licensed trader - coordinator of a standard balancing group, who will supplies net electrical energy for the structures of the Ministry of the Interior, with full administration of the information flow with ESO EAD and assuming the costs for imbalances of the consumed electrical energy. The subject of the order also includes the administration of the amounts for the legally determined fees, network services and excise duty. The same will be paid by the Employer to the Contractor, which is why the Employer envisages concluding a contract with the Contractor for combined services within the meaning of Art. 11, item 10 and under the conditions of Art. 20 of PTEE / Rules for trading in electricity energy/. During the execution of the order, the continuity of the electricity supply should be ensured and delivered electrical energy with quality and in order, as provided for in the Law on Energy...
