Description:
The subject of this public procurement is the selection of a contractor to carry out activities related to improving the technical condition of a four-pitched wooden roof of a three-story building without changing the structure, volume and purpose. Construction - the repair works (SRR) included in the present order in the sense of item 43 of §5 of the DR of the ZUT constitute current repairs, for which according to art. 151, paragraph 1 of the ZUT, the issuance of a building permit is not required. The detailed requirements for the execution of the order are specified in part II "TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND TERMS FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE ORDER" of the participation documentation. The activities, characteristics of the roof, dismantling works, types of SRR and estimated bill of quantities are described in Appendix #1 - "Technical Specifications" published in the Buyer's Profile to the electronic file of this documentation.
