- The subject of this public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the construction and repair work of the building of the Executive Agency "Maritime Administration" in the city of Ruse, with an administrative address of "Slavyanska" Street No. 4, the city of Ruse. The building is a single immovable cultural asset of local significanceand is part of a group cultural monument. No. 6 (Slavyanska Street ensemble).
The scope of the project activity is improvement and maintenance of the installations, as well as internal renovations, which do not affect the structure of the building and do not change the purpose of the premises andthe loads in them.
