Description: The purpose of the competition is the preparation of a conceptual monument project - a memorial, perpetuating the person and the case of Vasil Levski. With the means of synthesis of architecture and monumental fine art, an influential spatial solution was reached in the adjoining urban environment.
As a result of the ranking of the participants, a public procurement will be commissioned for the implementation of the selected draft under Art. 182, para. 1, in connection with Art. 79, para. 1, item 9 of the PPL (direct negotiation). The choice of the conceptual project in accordance with the conditions described in this competitive documentation will serve as a basis defining the requirements for the volume and content of the future investment project involving all of its necessary parts and the conditions for its materialization.
