Description:
This public procurement is subject: "Delivery of stationery I" for a period of 24 months, including 98 products/materials on a list, detailed in the technical specification of the documentation for participation. Participants submit an offer for all products included in the technicalSpecification. The total value of the offer obtained on the basis of the unit prices of the material in the specified quantities will be used to rank the participants.
The present public procurement represents a separate position from one order with the subject "Deliveryof the Office ", in which the contracting authority has defined 2 lots as follows:
- OP No. 1" Delivery of stationery I " /present order /;
- OP No. 2" Delivery of stationery II " /reserved public procurement according to Article 12 of the Public Procurement Act /with estimated value 50 000,00VAT is from the list of goods and services under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act. On the grounds of Art. 80, para. 1 of the PPPOP, the contracting authority will entrust it to a specialized enterprise of people with disabilities directly according to Art. 21, para. 6 of the PPA as its value does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated valueof the order.Documentation ...
