The choice of operator under the Public Procurement Act is determined by the specific requirements of the regulatory framework Act for Waste Management(ZU), Ordinance No. 6 of August 27, 2013 on the conditions and requirements for the construction and operation of landfills and other facilities and installations for recovery and disposal of waste.For pre -treatment of municipal waste:
