the purpose of this public procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement with 3 (three) participants,in which all conditions are not determined, for the award of public procurement contracts for the implementation of the assessment activities for compliance of investment projects, by preparing a complex report on compliance with the essential requirements of Art. 169 para. 1, item 1-6 of the Law on Development ofthe territory (ZUT), subject to the requirements of Art. 142, para. 5 of the Spatial Planning Act, exercise of construction supervision during the construction of sites, in accordance with Article 166 and 168 of the Spatial Planning Act in volume and scope in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Planning Act and the relevant by -laws, preparation of a technical passport of a technical passport of a technical passportThe site, according to Article 176b of the Spatial Planning Act and in the scope specified in Article 4 of Ordinance No. 5 of December 28, 2006. for the technical passports of the construction works and the preparation of the necessary documentation for the acceptance of the site by the contracting authority, as well as its commissioning.
