The public procurement covers the provision of organization and logistical provision services for strategic project Floodguard 2 "Increasing the capacity for prevention and response in the case of floods and subsequent disasters and emergencies in the cross -border region", fundedUnder the Interreg VI-A Greece-Bulgaria program 2021-2027, the provided services include: Organizing the following events: 5 meetings of the joint management team; Official opening of the training center; Meeting of the Joint Working Group for the development of training materials and program;4 joint specialized training; Joint field exercise; 3 joint meetings for harmonization of the procedures and approaches to floods quickly; 4 meetings with local authorities to support or update evacuation plans; 8 training courses for children; Informationadult event; Final press conference as well as hiring conference rooms; providing a set of training materials for participants; providing coffee breaks; provision of transport; preparation of terrains; Provision of nights and more. according to the technical specification.
