• Description:
• The purpose of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor to ensure logistics and organizational-technical preparation for the holding of various events related to the University's activities.
  Logistics and organizational and technical preparation include: hotel accommodation, provision of equipment conference rooms, transport, meals, coffee breaks, other accompanying activities.
  The indicative volume of the order, determined by the Contracting Authority as of the date of the opening of the public order, is the organization of about 30 (thirty) seminars outside the territory of the city of Plovdiv per year and accordingly organizing about 10 (ten) official events per year on the territory of the city of Plovdiv.
  The detailed requirements for the execution of the order are specified in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the documentation for the public order.
  Main activities included in the scope of the order:
  - Activity 1: Provision of hotel accommodation;
  - Activity 2: Provision of halls/suitable premises;
  - Activity 3: Provision of technical equipment;
  - Activity 4: Providing meals and coffee breaks;
  - Activity 5: Provision of transport;
  - Activity 6: Securing the event (registration, materials, translation and others).
