• "Organization and management of the project "Construction/reconstruction/reconstruction of water supply and sewage systems, including a wastewater treatment plant in the General Toshevo agglomeration"", financed under procedure No. BG16FFPR002-1.007 "Program for construction/reconstruction/reconstruction of water supply and sewage systems, including WWTP for agglomerations between 5,000 and 10,000 equiv. g." under priority 1 "Waters" of the "Environment" program 2021-2027. The main purpose of this public procurement is to to support the activities of the Contracting Authority for the provision of expert technical assistance for organization, management and reporting of the activities provided for in the project. Below are presented the activities that the contractor should implement within the framework of this public procurement as follows: Activity 1: Assisting the contracting authority in connection with the administration of public procurement contracts, incl. preparation of legal and/or technical and/or financial opinions of a different nature. Activity 2: Checks on the eligibility of expenditure and carrying out on-the-spot checks. Activity 3: Administration of the ADBFP. Activity 4: Preparation and competent participation in audit missions and inspections (including unplanned) by the funding body, as well as other national and supranational bodies and institutions.
