"Organization and management of the project "Industrial Park Pernik", financed under procedure No. BG16FFPR003-4.005 "Support for industrial and logistics parks and areas with a focus on the use of clean energy", Program "Development of the regions" 2021-2027. At the time of providing the specific consultancy service, it must comply with the current regulations and requirements, as well as with the applicable legal framework regarding the implementation of the subject of the order. The main purpose of this public procurement is to support the activities of the Contracting Authority for provision of expert technical assistance for organization, management and reporting of the activities provided for in the project. In this regard, the execution of the order covers the provision of specialized expert support for the effective management of the project, monitoring the implementation of the set activities, as well as assisting the Contracting Authority in fulfilling its obligations arising from the project financing conditions. The project aims to create favorable conditions for the development of "Industrial Park Pernik", which will help attract investors to carry out economic activity, stimulate investment activity and create new jobs in the region.
