The scope of the public procurement involves carrying out general coordination and organizational training In conducting trainings, meetings and seminars with employees of the Ministry of the Interior, other regional structures of the Ministry of Interior and competent authorities, in accordance with the requirements of the technical specification of the order, as follows:
1. 12 (twelve) of training for a total of 56 (fifty -six) participants (each with a duration of 3 (three) days):
Feed the participants:
1.2.1. lunch of catering at the venue of the training for 12 (twelve) pieces of training for a total 56 (fifty -six) participants. For each individual training, the contracting authority will specify the number of noon and the number of participants, for whom lunch for catering should be provided, through a pre -submitted request;
1.2.2. Dinner on a three -course set menu in the place of accommodation restaurant for eating and entertainment for 12 (twelve) training for a total of 56 (fifty -six) participants. For each individual training, the contracting authority will specify the number of evenings and the number of participants, for whom dinner should be provided on a three -axis set menu, through a pre -request.
2. 1 (one) number of workshops for a total of 130 (one hundred and thirty) participants (with a duration of 2 (two) days):
