- The subject and main objective of this public procurement is to ensure organizational and technical training and hold the meetings of the Committee for Monitoring the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural areas for the period 2023-2027. (called "strategic plan" below). Organizational and technical preparation and up to 11 Committee meetings (and up to 11 pcs accompanying them with technical meetings before each meeting) for a period of 3 years, includes: up to 2 pcs. Meetings (and a preceding technical meeting) in 2025; Up to 3 pcs. (and preceding them technical meeting) meetings in 2026; Up to 3 pcs. Meetings (and a preceding technical meeting) in 2027; Extraordinary meetings (and a preceding technical meeting). The organizational and technical preparation of the committee meetings includes: 1.Technical meeting preceding the committee's meeting for up to 30 people, within up to 1 working day. The technical meeting is held only if necessary and upon explicit statement by the contracting authority. The technical meeting may be held: 1) before the day of the meeting or 2) on the day of the meeting, immediately before its opening.
