- SUBSCRIPTION out-of-warranty servicing of air-conditioning and ventilation installations includes mandatory visits for inspection of ventilation air-conditioning equipment twice a year or more, and in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements and current regulations for quality and safe operation of the same, cleaning of filters and optimization of the operation of the facilities and means of technological control, distributed quarterly; diagnostics; unlimited number of visits when calling to diagnose damage/and repair of the air conditioning and/or ventilation system installation, bringing it/them into working condition; measuring the working pressures of the refrigerant (freon, recharging or its replacement); performing current/emergency repairs and replacing parts as necessary with new, original, non-recycled spare parts.
For spare parts required for repair of the ventilation and air-conditioning equipment, the contractor provides BGN 19,000 without VAT or EUR 9,714.55. Without VAT. new, unused and unrecycled. Only exceptionally, when repairing an installation or a part of it already out of production, the use of factory recycled parts. The repair is carried out on site in the medical facility and only in exceptional cases is a part of the relevant system/systems transported to the contractor's workshop, and a protocol is drawn up for this.
