Description:
The subject of this public procurement covers the provision of services for post -warranty maintenance and delivery of printing, scanning and multifunction devices in the BNB buildings in lots.
Separate positions are as follows:
Lot 1: Multifunctional maintenance the color machine "Xerox IrIDESSE PRODUCTION PRESS" installed in the BNB building in Sofia on Knyaz Alexander I Square № 1;
Lot 2: Delivery of printing, scanning and multifunction devices;
Lot # 3: Multifunction Copy machine "Konica Minolta installed in the BNB building in Sofia on 1 Knyaz Alexander I Square.
Lot 2 with estimated value 38 900 BGN without VAT and separate Item No. 3 with an estimated value of BGN 1,000 without VAT will be assigned in accordance with the order valid for their individual value under Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of PPA, according to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act. The total estimated value under Lot 2 and Lot No. 3 is BGN 39 900 excluding VAT, which does not exceed 20% of the total value of the order and does not exceed the amount of BGN 156 464 excluding VAT.
Important! Offers in this procedure should be submitted with respect to Lot # 1.
