Description:
The purpose of the order is to provide for a period of 12 months from the signing of the contract for quality maintenance of the overall server and communication infrastructure and its further development by completing virtual infrastructure in accordance with the requirements of this technical specification, maintenance of basic software (server operating systems, subdivision and application servers), software infrastructure and databases of the department described in Section 2 of this technical specification. Maintenance must ensure constant performance and adequacy of infrastructure and applied Software included in the scope of maintenance, in the conditions of a changing legal framework, periodically aligning systems in accordance with the development of technology, optimization of work processes in the department, research and adequate meeting the needs and requirements of users, removal of issues found, including through programming codes and data in the databases if necessary, as well as small improvements to existing and implementation of insignificant new features.
