- Overtime technical support and repair of communication servers (DHCP, ISA, DC), Web and DB servers and laptops for the needs of UNWE.
A monthly subscription fee, including a monthly visit for prevention and software support for servers.
Maintain servers - Includes hardware and software support.
Server software support, includes the activities described below:
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of the integrated use of all elements of the system (hardware and software)/AD, DNS, LDAP/;
-Diagnosis and troubleshooting problems at Inclusion of new personal jobs and setting up parameters;
-redesign and reconfiguration of group policies;
-Diagnosis and troubleshooting of the addition of new resources and services managed by AD;
-complete restoration of the functionality of the archive after crashes;
-diagnostics and Remediation of problems related to the incapacity for work of: operating system, domain controllers;
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of any of the installed services;
-Diagnosis and troubleshooting of domain controllers;
-diagnostics and Remedy for archive restoration problems;
-Diagnosis and troubleshooting of users' requests for Name Resolution /DNS /; 11. Diagnostics and troubleshooting problems in the execution of users for assignment users at IP address / DHCP /;
