- The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for out-of-warranty subscription service, which includes technical maintenance and repair of 16 elevator systems in buildings provided for the management or use of the Contracting Authority, according to the attached Technical specification (Appendix No. 1). The out-of-warranty subscription service of the elevator systems includes 24-hour continuous emergency service, prevention, repair - current and emergency, dismantling, delivery and installation of new spare parts and/or consumables, assistance in carrying out technical inspections by the technical supervision authorities, cleaning elevator shafts, greasing and lubrication of assemblies and details and keeping technical documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Safety Ordinance operation and technical supervision of elevators (NBETNA). The order also includes the execution of planned repair activities, according to Table No. 2 of the Technical Specification.
