1. Providing subscription software support, through maintenance of the systems described in the technical specifications in the latest fully functional versions. The update, maintenance and renewal service of the software means that the contractor provides the latest software versions to the client, as required.
Subscription software support shall provide at least:
Software update with new fixes and patches within one month of their official publication by the manufacturer after agreement of schedule with the contractor;
Update with new sub-versions and versions of system software;
Update of the encryption system of transport telecommunication lines;
Access to new functionalities;
OptiX SMT traffic encryption system update;
2. Removal of software technical problem or malfunction, technical advice, consultation, good practices and recommendations, in order to improve the operability, reliability and fault tolerance of the optical telecommunications network.
