- The subject of the public procurement is construction and installation activities concerning the modernization and repair of the theater of the Lovech Drama Theater and its adjacent technical premises, including architectural, structural, acoustic, electrical and HVAC improvements.object (IP) containing parts: Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Architectural acoustics and electroacoustics, Fire safety, PBZ and PUSO. Building permit No. 147/11.10.2021 was issued. by Chief Architect of Lovech Municipality. The category of the object, according to the nomenclature of speciesconstruction is the third category. The prepared project foresees the repair of the auditorium, stage, lobby and partially the toilets for visitors.

At the time of the announcement of thisand public procurement funding has not been secured and the implementation of the activities will begin upon securing funding from the Ministry of Culture. In this sense, the contract is with deferred execution. In the event that the Contracting Authority does not provide financing for this public procurement, each of the partieso the contract may request its termination after the expiration of a three-month period from its conclusion, according to Art. 114, paragraph 3 of the Civil Code. If after the expiration of a 10-month period from the conclusion of the contract, financing is not provided, the contract is considered terminated, according to art. 114, para. 4 of the ZOP.
