DESCRIPTION: The Contractor should carry out environmental assessment (EC) and an assessment of a national environmental strategy and an action plan, subject to the requirements of the National Legislation - Environmental Protection Act (EPA), The Biodiversity Act (BDA), the Ordinance on the Conditions and Procedure for Ecological Assessment of Plans and Programs (EC Ordinance) and the Ordinance on the Conditions and Procedure for Evaluation of the Compatibility of Plans, Programs, Projects and Investment Proposals with the Subject and the objectives of protecting protected areas (OS Regulation), European legislation and the opinion of the competent EC authority.
