The purpose of this procurement procedure is to select financial intermediaries for the implementation of a financial instrument "portfolio guarantee with a ceiling of digitalization losses", funded with funds under the Competitiveness and Innovation Program 2021-2027 (PCIP). partly the risk of financing loss provided to end recipients by the financial intermediary in accordance with the terms of the technical specification and the warranty agreement. For FI, it is aimed at supporting end recipients to achieve the specific purpose of the program in the direction: "Absorption of the benefits of digitization for citizens, companies, research organizations and public authorities.
