"Performance of agrotechnical services for the needs of the TA of the State Enterprise "Prison Case Fund" (2023)" by specific items:
Special item No. 1: "Performance of agrotechnical services for the needs of the TA of Vratsa of the State Enterprise "Fund prison case" (2023)"
Special position No. 2: "ICompletion of agricultural technical services for the needs of the TA town of Belene of the State Enterprise "Prison Case Fund" (2023)"
The needs of agricultural technical services of the territorial divisions of the DPFZD in the cities of Pazardzhik (BGN 2,280.00 without VAT) and Lovech (BGN 14,080.00 without VAT) do not exceed 20% of a certainthe total estimated value of the entire public procurement. In this regard, on the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP The contracting authority will assign the needs of the TA to the DPFZD in the cities of Pazardzhik and Lovech in the order valid for their individual value (Article 20, para. 4, item 3 of the ZOP), and the needs of the TA in citiesthose Vratsa and Belene (separate positions No. 1 and No. 2) according to the order of Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the ZOP.
