"Performance of agrotechnical services for the needs of the TP of the State Enterprise "Prison Case Fund" (2024)" under separate positions:
OP No. 1: "Performance of agrotechnical services for the needs of the TP of the city of Vratsa of the State Enterprise "Prison Fund case" (2024)"
OP No. 2: "Performance of agrotechnicalservices for the needs of the TA town of Belene of the State Enterprise "Prison Case Fund" (2024)"
The needs of agrotechnical services of the territorial divisions of the DPFZD in the town of Pazardzhik (BGN 5,000.00 excluding VAT) and Lovech ( BGN 19,200.00 excluding VAT) do not exceed 20% of the determined total estimated valuet of the entire OP. In this regard, on the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP The contracting authority will assign the needs of the territorial divisions of the DPFZD in the cities of Pazardzhik and Lovech in the order valid for their individual value (Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the ZOP), and the needs of territorial divisions in the citiesVratsa and Belene (separate positions No. 1 and No. 2) in accordance with Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the ZOP.
