- The public procurement is divided into the following three separate items, namely:
Separate position No. 1: "Assessment of the compliance of project documentation and exercise of construction supervision during the implementation of "Engineering - design, construction and author's supervision for a site: "Energy renovation of multi-family residential building in residential area "Hale" 12, town of Yambol";
Separate position No. 2: "Assessment of the conformity of project documentation and exercise of construction supervision during the implementation of "Engineering - design, construction and author's supervision for a site: "Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building building in residential area "Diana" bl. 16, town of Yambol" under the "Regional Development" Program 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Union through the Just Transition Fund";
Separate position No. 3: "Assessment of compliance of project documentation and exercise of construction supervision during the implementation of "Engineering - design, construction and author's supervision for the site "Energy renovation of a multi-family residential building at 28 Kabile St., Yambol" under the "Development of the Regions" Program 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Union through the Just Transition Fund".
21, para. 6 of ZOP, Special position No. 3 will be assigned according to the order of assignment for its individual estimated value, i.e. according to the order of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Civil Procedure Code - by direct assignment.
