Description:
The subject of the order is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with one contractor for the provision of consulting services under Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 of the Territorial Planning Act. The scope of the order includes:
1. Carrying out compliance assessment of investment projects by preparing Kcomprehensive report for assessing the compliance of investment projects on the basis of Art. 142, para. 6, item 2 of the Law on Territorial Planning (ZUT) in compliance with the requirements of Art. 5 of ZUT.
2. Carrying out construction supervision during construction, according to Art. 166 and Art. 168 of the ZUT in volume and scope according to the requirements of the ZUT and the corresponding by-laws.
3. Preparation/updation of the technical passport of the object before its commissioning in accordance with REGULATION No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on the technical passports of the constructions in the necessary scope and content.obsession!!!
The scope of the framework agreement does not provide for the conclusion of contracts for the award of consulting services under Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 of the ZUT, financed with funds provided under contracts/agreements concluded with the State Fund "Agriculture" for the provision of non-reimbursed financial assistanceošt.
