- "Performance of Public Transport of Passengers on Bus Lines from the Regional Transport Scheme, Quota of the Municipality of Slivo Pole, According to Approved Route Timetables for Four Separate Positions
Scope and description of the public procurement: The subject of this public procurement is public transport of passengers on 4 bus lines from the established regional transport scheme, quota of the municipality of Slivo Pole.
The service under this public procurement includes:
compensating the carriers for the performedfree and reduced-price road transport for the transport of:
1.1. the veterans of the wars who travel for free, in accordance with Art. 4, items 5 and 6 of the Law on Veterans of the Wars of the Republic of Bulgaria, as follows:
a) with a subscription card - for road transport by approvalthe transport schemes in the district in which they are registered with a permanent address;
b) with a ticket - once a year by road transport in directions where there is no railway - going and returning on a freely chosen route; holders of the "Order of Courage" are entitled to 3 such trips;
1.2. militaryinvalids and war victims who travel for free, in accordance with Art. 17, para. 1 of the Law on War Disabled and War Injured, as follows:
a) with a subscription card - unlimited number of trips on the bus network in the municipality where they live;
b) with a ticket - twice a year - going andreturn by a freely chosen route in the country;
1.3. children up to the age of 7 who travel for free on intercity road transport with a zero-value ticket, in accordance with Art. 1, para. 2 of Decree No. 66 of the Council of Ministers of 1991 on determining minimum sizes of nama... - Documents:
