• The subject of this public procurement is the performance of public transport of passengers on lines and timetables for them from the regional transport scheme from the quota of the Municipality of Kaolinovo under three separate positions: Separate position No. 1: "Performance of public transport of passengers according to the approved route schedule of the bus line "Todor Ikonomovo - Kaolinovo - Voivoda - Shumen" from the Regional Transport Scheme from the quota of the Municipality of Kaolinovo" Separate position No. 2: "Performance of public transportation of passengers according to an approved route timetable of bus line "Kaolinovo - Nikola Kozlevo - Novi Pazar - Shumen" from the District transport scheme from the quota of the municipality of Kaolinovo" Separate position No. 3: "Performance of public transport of passengers according to an approved route schedule of a bus line "Kaolinovo - Venets - Khitrino - Shumen" from the District transport scheme from the quota of the municipality of Kaolinovo" The contracting authority reserves the right to make proposals for changes in the route timetables to the competent authorities in accordance with Ordinance No. 2/15.03.2002 on the terms and conditions for approving transport schemes and for carrying out public transport of passengers by bus.
