• The object of this public procurement is a SERVICE - (provision of services) in the sense of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Public Procurement Act with Subject: "Conducting studies and preparation of a Technical Project and implementation of Copyright", the implementation of which is divided into FOUR separate positions. Separate item No. 1 to No. 4, inclusive, are assigned with the present procedure, and Separate item No. 5 to No. 6, inclusive, are assigned directly separately from the present procedure in accordance with Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP Separate position #1 to #4 inclusive, which are an element of award with this procedure and amount to a total value of € 298,492.20 excluding VAT and are: SPECIFIC POSITION #1 - "Conducting studies and preparing a Technical Project and carrying out Author's supervision for the Object: "Construction of multi-family municipal building for modern and affordable housing in the city of Vratsa" the site has the following scope: It is planned to build the multi-family municipal building, with a built-up area of ​​5,000 sq.m., with two entrances (sections), each with four above-ground residential floors and one basement and with a capacity of 40 apartments (per floor 2 one-room, 2 two-room and 1 three-room apartments), to be with a modern architectural and functional solution, meeting the current regulatory requirements for energy efficiency, fire safety, accessible environment and structural sustainability.
