Acceptance, carriage and delivery of domestic and international postal items as follows: Correspondent items - up to 2 kg; Small packages - up to 2 kg.; 2. Receiving, transporting and delivering domestic and international postal parcels - up to 20 kg. The weight limit for parcels from other countries may be higher. 3. Additional services: "recommendation"; "declared value"; "shipments with priority' and 'non-priority shipments'. The scope of the non-universal postal service includes courier services within the meaning of § 1, item 18 of the DR of the Postal Services Act.
